Louie has created many powerful short films to encourage humanity to defend our waterways and keep our water pure. Read on to find out how you can help. Dew Drop. Change your states of consciousness while getting nature therapy the next time you see a dew drop. daily gratitude. Dew Drop

What do you think of when you see a dew drop? “The early dew-falls that did a pristine coating, over the woods with its finest transparency, glazed as like its wet white-glassy earrings that hung on the ears of wild flowers—unlatched my fancy.” The poet Nithin Purple wrote about the beauty of the morning dew in these lines. Who would have thought that such a small, seemingly insignificant thing could inspire such beauty.

Another artist knows the beauty of the morning dew drops well.

Louie Schwartzberg is a storyteller and filmmaker who has been shooting time-lapse photography of nature, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, non-stop. His work compresses time and puts you in sync with different forms of life within our interconnected world.

His work makes the invisible visible.

Louie’s photography catches a few drops of morning dew perched on the petals of a flower. When the light hits one of the drops just right, an entire universe is revealed. We see the gorgeous reflection of another nearby flower within the dew drop.

Normally it would be so difficult for the human eye to get close enough to see this phenomenon and perceive the way it develops over time. When was the last time you paused to observe a drop of dew? Louie’s camera brings us close and shows us how the dew changes as time goes by.

Louie’s work brings the smallest sensations in nature up to eye level and lets us luxuriate, or perhaps even meditate, in them. Thanks to these images, we can see nature like never before and further develop our relationship with it. Take time and have some meditation mindfulness the next time you see dew drops! Make sure to get back to nature with Louie while your here and check out some meditation videos.
