Book opening. Journaling Online. Change your states of consciousness with meditation gratitude. Get back to nature raise your consciousness by keeping gratitude journals

January is the perfect month to look inward and reflect on a new cycle of growth. Whether you are hoping to improve your spiritual journey, improve your relationships or simply be more present in the every day, the journey starts with you. Journaling allows you to transcribe your thoughts and consciously process different aspects of your every day or big picture life experiences. When writing in your journal, you can reflect on where you are mentally in the present, cope with the past, or plan for the future. Have you ever tried Journaling online? There are so many benefits, now is the time to give it a try!
Benefits of Journaling
Journaling is a helpful wellness practice that requires you to take a break in your day and write down your thoughts. This small action can have major long term benefits:

● Improved cognitive organization
● Strengthening your writing skills
● Reduced stress and anxiety
● Increased memory functioning
● Expanded creativity inspiration

The act of writing about your thoughts or daily experiences can help you to process the event of your day. When recalling and recording, you activate your brain memory and mental storage abilities.
You can direct your journaling to reflect on your day, set goals, frame a positive outlook, and/or express gratitude. This is beneficial to your mental health and cognitive endurance. After you begin a journal practice, you’ll notice yourself being more adaptable and able to cope in stressful situations.

How to Begin Journaling

To start journaling, you simply need a pen, a notebook, and some time. Here are some tips to guide your journaling when you begin:

● Write every day. Daily writing can get you into the habit and make this practice part of your daily self-care routine and you’ll notice the overall long term benefits.
● Keep your journal in close reach. You keep one on you during your day whenever you need to jot down thoughts or keep one by your bedside for nighttime reflection and planning.
● Choose free-flowing journaling or structured focused writing.
● Write your next-day schedule to find where you can fit your new year resolution into your daily life.
● Give yourself at least five minutes to write and reflect. This makes it an attainable new habit that you can commit to over time.

Journaling is a simple act of self-care. By committing time to yourself and your personal growth, you contribute to your self-respect, which will impact your confidence. So allow yourself a quiet moment, take a deep breath, and get writing. Consider journaling online because you can do it from anywhere and you will never have to worry about losing your journal!
